• Retain full control over data, routing, and output

RadCloudAI is not a traditional vendor product. It is a developer-friendly platform designed for technically inclined radiologists, imaging informaticists, and clinical software engineers.

Our architecture enables:

• Seamless integration with your own API keys and service accounts

• Support for multiple LLM providers, including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic

• Group-level configuration, allowing practices to manage their own preferences, users, and routing rules

We do not hardcode our own models — you bring your own API credentials, and the platform handles everything else.

RadCloudAI is completely free to use.

The only costs incurred are from:

• Your selected LLM provider’s API usage

• Optional add-ons (e.g., cloud storage, deployment, white-label services)

We do not charge for access, features, or number of users.

This model ensures that:

• Radiologists can test and use AI safely without long-term contracts

• Developers can explore workflows with zero startup cost

• Institutions can scale usage without financial risk

4. Support and Hosting Philosophy

Our platform is primarily intended for:

• Clinicians or developers who are able to obtain and manage their own LLM credentials

• Groups who are comfortable configuring their own routing and agent settings
